Mr. Meagher returned to college to study law in 1992. He received his law degree from California Western School of Law in 1994 and began his career at the prominent firm of The Law Offices Of Davis And Meagher in San Diego County.

Admitted to all State of California courts and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California, Mr. Meagher is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The San Diego County Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. He donates his time and efforts to a diverse group of organizations, ranging from A New PATH, to coaching little league baseball.
